SPECTACULAR EXAMINATION SUCCESS

The information below is taken from an item in a British newspaper:

40% of the pupils at the London Academy of Excellence in Stratford, East London, the first free school in England to sit A-levels, received at least AAB grades in three facilitating subjects, making it instantly one of the best state colleges in the country.

Now consider this:

KYUEM recorded 52% straight A grades (many of them at A*) in a similar combination of subjects. If you add the B grades, the percentage goes up to a staggering 88%.

This is twice as good, and more, than one of the best state colleges in the UK, so we have much to be proud of. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our students on their magnificent achievement, our teachers for their dedicated hard work that helped to bring this about, and to the wonderful support of our sponsors and parents.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL CONCERNED!

    1. I'll check on Concorde College. However, have a look at this, taken from an email we just received from an independent evaluator in the UK:

"From your own grades we would expect you to be equivalent to a top 5 position."

  3. Looking at this table on the best 400 state schools in the UK, our 88% A*-B score puts KYUEM in the top ten best schools in the UK.

Congratulations to all involved, and being one of them really makes it sweeter.
